Tout au long de ce mois, les di\u00e9t\u00e9tistes aideront les Canadiens \u00e0 comprendre comment les aliments ont le pouvoir de nourrir, de faire d\u00e9couvrir, de pr\u00e9venir, de gu\u00e9rir et de rassembler. Quels aliments abordables sont excellents pour pr\u00e9venir les maladies et procurer un sentiment de bien-\u00eatre? Lesquels d\u2019entre eux contribuent \u00e0 faire d\u00e9couvrir le pouvoir des aliments? Voici ce que j\u2019ai appris.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le pouvoir des aliments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Saviez-vous que les aliments que nous consommons peuvent aider \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les maladies chroniques, comme le diab\u00e8te de type 2 et les maladies cardiaques? Une alimentation saine maintient notre \u00e9tat de bien-\u00eatre plus longtemps, et les repas ne doivent pas n\u00e9cessairement \u00eatre compos\u00e9s de produits sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s ou dispendieux!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9gimes m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en, DASH et MIND font partie des habitudes alimentaires les plus \u00e9tudi\u00e9es quant \u00e0 leurs bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9. Les aliments recommand\u00e9s dans le cadre de ces r\u00e9gimes peuvent aider \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir le diab\u00e8te de type 2, les maladies cardiaques, les accidents vasculaires c\u00e9r\u00e9braux, la d\u00e9mence et certains types de cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tableau ci-dessous \u00e9num\u00e8re certains aliments communs \u00e0 ces trois r\u00e9gimes ainsi que diverses options abordables. Les fruits et l\u00e9gumes les plus abordables sont les bananes, le chou, les patates douces, les oignons, les carottes, les betteraves, le chou vert fris\u00e9 et les tomates en conserve. Vous trouverez \u00e9galement des haricots dans la section des produits congel\u00e9s, qui ne vous co\u00fbteront que 2 $ pour deux tasses.
