Cependant, les gens en situation de pauvret\u00e9 n\u2019ont pas souvent acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des aliments nutritifs qui aident \u00e0 r\u00e9duire les risques de maladies du c\u0153ur, d\u2019AVC, d\u2019hypercholest\u00e9rol\u00e9mie et de diab\u00e8te, entre autres.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque vous choisissez de faire un don \u00e0 votre&nbsp;<a style=\"color:#167ba2;text-decoration:none\" href=\"\/find-a-food-bank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>banque alimentaire locale<\/strong><\/a>, privil\u00e9giez les aliments nutritifs, surtout ceux consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme bons pour le c\u0153ur. Voici quelques aliments \u00e0 privil\u00e9gier :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Fruits en conserve dans l\u2019eau ou coupes de fruits sans sucre ajout\u00e9<\/li><li>Soupes aux l\u00e9gumes faibles en sodium<\/li><li>L\u00e9gumes en conserve sans sel ajout\u00e9<\/li><li>Sauce aux tomates \u00e0 teneur r\u00e9duite en sodium<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Produits c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers, haricots et l\u00e9gumineuses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les aliments \u00e0 haute teneur en fibres aident \u00e0 r\u00e9gulariser le poids et favorisent la gestion du taux de cholest\u00e9rol, deux facteurs de risque de maladies du c\u0153ur. Ils comprennent notamment les choix ci-dessous :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Produits \u00e0 grains entiers, comme l\u2019avoine, le quinoa et le riz brun<\/li><li>P\u00e2tes alimentaires \u00e0 grains entiers et c\u00e9r\u00e9ales enti\u00e8res<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prot\u00e9ines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe de nombreuses sources de prot\u00e9ines saines moins co\u00fbteuses que la viande. Les aliments ci-dessous sont faibles en gras satur\u00e9s, et chacun d\u2019eux fournit au moins un nutriment favorisant la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire, comme les fibres, le gras om\u00e9ga-3, la vitamine E ou le potassium.
