On August 15th, Quaker’s newest campaign Chewy for Charity will be set in motion for the back to school season. Children throughout Canada will have the opportunity to create their own lunch bags, and for each design submitted, Quaker will donate an equivalent of 10 pounds of food to Food Banks Canada! Starting August 22nd, Breakfast Cereal Canada’s “What’s in the Bowl?” campaign will donate the equivalent of a bowl of cereal to Food Banks Canada for every post shared, with a goal of donating more than 71,000 bowls of cereal.
The Lady Jays, along with Food Banks Canada staff and volunteers, were at the Rogers Centre August 8, 9, 10 for the 30th Annual Lady Jays Food Drive to raise food and funds! Thank you to our volunteers and to all Blue Jays fans for your support.
